Children shouldnt be seen as products at all.

They should be afforded the same amount of respect any other human being is entitled to, not seen as mere things that need to me moulded into the correct cultural shape. By anyone. Youth emancipation isnt an argument over who gets to do the moulding; its an argument that kids should have the same options the rest of us have when it comes to development as a person.

Why do you equate that with the destruction of the nuclear family? Is that institution so flawed that all itll take to destroy it is the provision of a choice in the matter for everyone who live in one?
