...they hate apropos labels being applied to them, just as obvious liberals hate being called "liberals" simply because of the political unpopularity of the term. Taffy wants to have the ideology while decrying the labels that describe his ideology. And he also tries to imply that we hate parents simply because we oppose their power, and he doesn't like to admit that parental power and parenthood are one and the same thing in this society. But they don't have to be, though he is striving to keep it that way. Nothing he has said suggests that he respects youths to make decisions for themselves outside of the power of parents to circumvent those decisions. Yet he continues to refer to parental power as "parental rights" and "parental responsibilies," all of which suggests parental ownership of their kids, even though he diligently resents that type of terminology, just as a capitalist prefers to be called an "entrepeneur," because it lacks the verbal "bite" of "capitalist," even though the latter term is more accurate. He is a coward who is too afraid to be anything other than mealy-mouthed in this manner with the terms he uses. Let's see if he has the nerve to specifically define his terminology, or if he continues to be ambiguous about it, because he hates the proverbial shoe that fits.
