Hi!

We at the university of Karolinska Institutet Stockholm Sweden here. We are currently working with an anonymous online therapy for people who want to reduce their use of pictures/films of minors.

"Why would anyone want that?!" well, many people tell us about depression and that they suffer from great anxiety. They spend their life being terrified of getting caught or in some other way revealed. Others find that they are getting stuck spending their time online for hours and hours, wishing they could take back control and spend their time in a way they enjoy more and value.

We know that many people have actually reached out for help at one point or another, but have not received the respect or understanding that they want from health care. It is a huge stigma to be attracted to minors, and we want to support and make sure to listen in a non-judgemental.

If you're one of many now thinking "I am who I am, there is nothing that can be done about it", we agree. Luckily, we don't want to change who you are. But if you would like to change you're habits, we have help to offer.

"What help?" It's an 8 week program, and needs about one hour of work every week. And you'll get personal feedback from your own therapist. And of course we don't collect personal data.
