"sexual attraction is going to come out one way or another"

This is why I don't like the implication of the phrase "acting on one's desires". It doesn't necessarily imply illegal behaviors. We should distinguish good actions from bad actions, and not assume that the only fate of this subset of the population is the frustration of total abstention.
