That very thought has crossed my mind -- what if one could use drugs to keep oneself prepubescent?

I think that while it's an interesting and (for me) appealing idea, despite the drugs I think one does in fact grow physically "mature", with the exception of breast development and pubic hair developmet. I'm no expert on the subject, but I don't think that giving someone such drug therapy from say, age 11 to 18 would keep them looking like a child all that time, save for the aformentioned exceptions.

Also, I would imagine there are some other complications with the treatment. Messing around with the body's hormones is tricky, considering the delicate nature of our inner workings. I'm no doctor of course, and for all I know it could be completely fine, but I'd hazard a guess that there are still negative repurcussions of very long term use of puberty supressing drugs.

Regardless of these things, I advocate total and complete freedom of an individual to do to his/her body that which he/she likes. So as long as informed consent is involved, I don't think it's anybody's business but the youth's what they do to themselves.
