To be perfectly honest, I see absolutely nothing wrong with changing the human genome to build it into the race to reduce the onset and speed of puberty. Longer time before puberty means less births, as well as a greater time to learn in a lifetime. I could argue FOR making it a part of human life, and I would probably be right on every point. I still say that the individual should choose.
