...with all this talk about genetal mutilation in Africa, and how it's such a horrible, inhumane thing to do, we continue to have it done to our children right here in the good old U S of A. The only difference being that we do it to males, and they do it to females. It's unacceptable no matter which gender you're targeting.
I remember that the scar from mine caused me no end of confusion when I was younger. Every other part of my body seemed to fit together properly, but then there was this jagged, asymetrical scar on my penis. I didn't even realise it was a scar back then. I assumed that it was supposed to be there, but I never quite understood why. After I learned that the scar was there because someone cut up my penis when I was little, I didn't exactly take it well. As for circumsised men being more prone to "perversions"...I'm here aren't I? |
