Look at circumcision (which I do NOT agree with) which is even now still excused as a cancer prevention method! Or as I said before, vacinations...

Circumcision is EVIL. Especially from the perspective of children's rights, what could be more violating than MUTILATING their genitals?

That darn Bible and its archaic tribal rituals. How did such a barbaric custom work its way into western culture? From what I understand it's not very common in Europe though, it's mostly in the US.

It's so arrogant. As if the natural state of man was flawed and needed to be "fixed" at birth. As if the ritual actually had anything to do with cancer or cleanliness or anything else but barbaric voodoo. I once had a Jewish girlfriend who actually claimed the procedure was necessary for hygienic reasons... as if it would be so difficult to spend an extra ten seconds cleaning one's self in the shower.
