I received a telephone call from my father today. The media coverage of me being fired from working on a horse farm ran for four days on the local news and was much more extensive than the first time after my son was seized. My immediate and extended family have talked about it at length and have reached the decision to sever ties with me - my mother and father, my brothers, my aunts and uncles, and my cousins.

I was invited to my parent's house this evening to hear their reasons. It is done and those relationships in my life have ended.
