Title VII (employment discrimination based upon race, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc.), ADEA (age discrimination), Title IX (gender discrimination - including sexual harrassment - in public schools) and Section 1981 (discrimination in contracting).

See my post to Kevin. I am speaking about the level of deference that a court uses when determining whether or not the = protection clause prohibits the state action.
