Hi Infinity I have a question for you.

You stated in the past that you had been a subscribing member of a legal "Lollie" site prior to your legal problems. I was just wondering when you were charged with accessing and down loading CP were the images from the "legal site" including in the prosecutions evidence against you. I mean I know that you weren't responsible for the HC stuff found on the computer but did they include the "Lollie" stuff against you as well?

I ask because I came across this description of "entrapment" on a site recently linked from here and this line jumped out at me and I thought of you:

"However, if a judge or jury believes that a defendant was predisposed to commit the crime anyway, "

I know that you have said in the past that much of your legal problem was because you had previous been a member of a legal LG nude site and felt that that fact alone was likely to cause you to be found guilty simply because you were attracted to naked LGs. so I was just wondering if you were charged with down loading those pics as well?

I mean I have seen many Lolli sites where they claim the images are legal according to US federal law so I was just curious.
