Hi Infinity I have a question for you.
Posted by All Eyes on 2003-May-20 23:12:35 EDT, TuesdayI ask because I came across this description of "entrapment" on a site recently linked from here and this line jumped out at me and I thought of you:
"However, if a judge or jury believes that a defendant was predisposed to commit the crime anyway, "
I know that you have said in the past that much of your legal problem was because you had previous been a member of a legal LG nude site and felt that that fact alone was likely to cause you to be found guilty simply because you were attracted to naked LGs. so I was just wondering if you were charged with down loading those pics as well?
I mean I have seen many Lolli sites where they claim the images are legal according to US federal law so I was just curious.
Thanks
AE
