There wasn't anything to appeal.

I was offered "the deal of the century" by the prosecutors boss, just a misdemeanor computer charge and some jail time. My lawyer told me up front that I had no chance in the world of winning the case if I went to trial. Basically, I was looking at about 5 years in federal prison with a felony CP conviction and then register as a sex offender for 10 years, or what I got, several months in jail, but none of the other shit and probation instead of parole.

I WOULD have lost. All that prosecutor had to do was show that picture she printed of the six year old giving a blowjob to a jury and the case was over...it would not make ANY damn difference what my lawyer said, in the juries mind it would have been ME getting my dick sucked in that picture. This is how people think, especially in the small hick town I was in...I could not have possibly hoped for a fair trial in that court-room. I was done the minute I stepped inside. This is why I flat out DEFY people to try to defend the claim that being a pedophile isn't a crime. It IS a crime in their eyes. They have NO DOUBT that someone who looks at pics of lg's is going to molest one some day. Telling them you are a Girl Lover and that you love them and then trying to explain to them what a pedophile really is would be the dumbest thing ever attempted. You would be put away for the rest of your life and watched over, and anyone who thinks otherwise should try it with the police and then in front of a judge and see where it gets you.
