Apparently the Attorney General has forgotten the part of the Constitution that guarantees freedom of the press (along with the long-forgotten freedom of speech). Shit, they even acknowledge it as a "press release".

The Constitution superscedes any state law. Those laws are designed for fighting fraud (ex. people using thier name to get donations under false pretenses), not to stifle articles about them.

I would see what the ACLU would have to say about it, at least. Thier letter was pure Gestapo tactics.
