I don't see how. Then again, the Constitution is pretty much null and void these days in respect to freedom of speech. I would like to see something similar happen with the Associated Press or to Reuters.

I always thought it would have to be proven to be slanderous, malicious and false. Else, I don't even see how the first amendment can even have a shred of power anymore. It's appaling.

Maybe they should rewrite the first amendment to read "the right to any speech which you have the financial and corporate backing for". Because it seems that the freedoms are only extended to those whom are already established, governmental controlled media forums.
