Reports Are Not Support: Mandatory Reporting Harm Reduction

It seems there are some mandatory reporters who don't like being mandated to report.

Anyways what I tell people considering talking to shrinks is. What you say to a shrink is between you the shrink, the white coats, the police, and child protective services.

It seems there are mandated reporters looking to change that.
