What should we think of Russia?

Look at one thing only.

One thing.

Only one thing = how long has Putin been in power?

It tells you everything that we should know about Russia: it tells you that you should not take seriously anything that Russia says. 0 x 1000 = 0 and 0 x 1,000,000 = 0. If a country has a dictator, everything that that country says is a lie.

And for me, another thing matters too. Which one might attack my country, Russia or the U.S.?

Not the latter.
