KFMB AM 760 San Diego has me scheduled to do the Rick Roberts show starting a little after 6 AM Friday, June 8 (this station can also be heard in the Los Angeles area with a weak signal and on the Internet). On Thursday I heard Rick ripping on me and Web host Epifora for hours (he called Epifora on the air, then called right back when they told him not to bother them again). I tried calling in from my cell phone, but was way up in the Angeles Mountains and the signal kept dropping out (Rick accused me on the air of hanging up and not having the balls to debate him again). You can probably catch Thursday's wretched broadcast on Rick's Podcast links (he finally found another topic during the last hour, so skip that one).

By the way, I'm still semi-homeless here in L.A. (I can afford a motel a few days a week, but not every night) -- so I'll repeat my request for anyone in the area who can help me find shelter for a few months (I've been told I qualify for Section 8 subsidized housing here, but that's going to take several months to get into). Even sleeping on an air mattress in someone's backyard or living room would be preferable to ruining my back trying to sleep in my small car and trying to find a cool overnight parking spot where I won't be hassled by cops or street vermin. L.A. has its good and bad points, but after 3 weeks here I mostly like it, and want to stay (the weather sure beats Seattle, and there are plenty of GL activities).
