I don't associate with Todd Nickerson, and I thank you for the information regarding him. However, I know that he has stolen money from you, money that you donated for something I'm not sure what, but that's beside the point, I must wonder to myself why would you try to get money back that you cannot possibly get back? I know, $120 is a LOT of money to some here, including myself, and I know I would be outraged at someone for stealing that kind of money from me, but legally there's nothing you can do, why risk anything trying to get money back that you cannot possibly get? Myself, I would count it a lost, the man will never ask you for another dime, and after this post I think it's safe to say that he'll be hardpressed trying to get anymore donations his way. The damage has been done, forgive but don't forget, and be more selective to who you give money to next time. Live and learn.
