A lot of items for discussion here

I'll need time to really go through your posts, but one thing that jumps out at me is that I don't think a forced choice, multiple choice structure works well for most of these questions. E.g.:

>>8. Minor Attracted Adults (MAPs) are
A) Law breaking child molesters
B) Adults driven my sexual gratification from children
C) Adults who are attracted to children as partners
D) Other

Here you three very rigid selections, and then you could get anything with a response of "Other."

Qualitative would probably work a lot better here.

I would strongly favor defining pedophiles and using that term over "MAP" (how is that more "politically correct", anyway?). As others have pointed out, "MAP" is stupid because all heterosexuals are minor-attracted persons.
