I highly recommend this company because they not only claim to keep no logs, it's been proven - there was a case where the feds were going after a Turkish guy (I think) - the company was subpoenaed, they responded basically saying that we keep no logs, so we have nothing to give you. Done.

Other scumbag companies in the past have claimed to not keep logs, and they were able to sustain that lie until someone got arrested and then it was found out that they actually do.

All of the above is much more relevant to people actually doing illegal things, but still, most people using VPNs for whatever reason - they don't want their activity being logged.
