Although, what good have all those urban cameras done lately? Maybe I ask this too soon?

FTR, I prefer instillation of moral responsibility to surveillance, because it would seem the latter already signals imminent defeat. Not so different from comparing making one's child WANT to do the right thing from an early age, to letting him or her flaunt their rebellion and resorting to physical punishment later. It's already too late by then, isn't it.
