The U.S. Constitution has pretty much been trashed. You know it. I know it. Recent media articles show it. So, they COULD impeach him but what good did it do?

The famous, well trod upon Second: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Well, so much for not being infringed upon. Hell, it's almost been canceled without a new amendment doing so. Before 1820, the use of the phrase "bear arms" was commonly used in a civilian context, such as hunting and personal self-defense, in both American and British law. If I don't want an armed U.S. Marshall Service and/or FBI APC (armored personnel carrier) driving over my rose bushes, pointing loud speakers and 50 calibur sniper rifles at my front door, wouldn't a LAWS rocket be appropriate for self defense against that? LAWS: Light Anti-Armor Weapons System
