I suggested 80% just based on my gut feelings, but the stimulation of argument is another reason. I want to learn what other members think or what they've seen in studies of pedophilia. I copied the following from Wikipedia for my own clarification of the term 'minor'. Studies, no doubt, break down the stats into age ranges within the broad 'minor' one.
If anyone has links to studies, I'd love to have them.

Copied from Wikipedia:

In law, a minor is a person under a certain age, usually the age of majority, which legally demarcates childhood from adulthood. The age of majority depends upon jurisdiction and application, but it is generally 18.

The age of majority is the threshold of adulthood as recognized or declared in law. It is the moment when minors cease to be considered such and assume legal control over their persons, actions, and decisions, thus terminating the control and legal responsibilities of their parents or guardian over them. Most countries set the age of majority at 18, but some jurisdictions have a higher age and others lower. The word majority here refers to having greater years and being of full age as opposed to minority, the state of being a minor.

I think the stats you quote are the tip of the iceberg. On such a sensitive topic, how can any surety of honesty be had with the results of studies?
