Well I didn't, which is why I included it. Most SANE people fully understand that some physically intimate contact is a healthy and normal part of a romantic/sexual partnership. If you don't realize that, then maybe you ARE crazy, or perhaps asexual?
Assuming that a girl-lover is going to molest a child is like assuming a gay man is going to rape the janitor as he's cleaning the men's restroom. You say now that you assume the opposite, but you first had a different assumption because you commented on it at all. "...Just whatever you do -" to Fred at the restaurant as he's on his way to the restroom "- don't rape the janitor!" Is it funny or offensive and was it meant as either? Then it goes without saying. In general it's a better policy to assume for the presence of knowledge and use the display of ignorance to point out an obvious wrong. Or, at least be forthright when discussing the reason for your assumption of a deficiency. But even then... Do you REALLY think that a child incurs nightmares and other psychological problems from being touched on the genitals? Or is it when they are molested? Because you should get your wording straight, because that's not what that means. Quit projecting for (yourself? Others?) on the board There was no projection. Etc. ~ loom |
