Young teens have a sexuality that is often stronger than their adult counter parts and biologically as important.

I agree that their sex desire is strong. I don't know what "biologically as important" means. We're not talking about having babies yet, I hope?

When I say they can wait a few years, I am talking about the role of sex in leading the good life, not satisfaction of urges at the moment. Masturbation works just fine for relief of physical urges.

Rampant desexualization in our culture and suppression causes repression.

Would you care to provide a meaningful reference on that point? That there is a natural state of intense prepubescent sexual urges that is repressed by evil modern society?
