Yes I am talking about having babies. That's part of the reason why sex is so pleasurable and why we have an intense desire to partake. To promote procreation. However I am not saying they should have babies. Just safe sex where no babies are made as a result. Like most adults do.

Yes there is. How can you deny this when most children can't name their own genitals, most children are never taught about pleasure they can attain from their genitals by themselves or with others, most children are punished, even physically if they discover how to pleasure themselves. God forbid they discover this with another child or *gasp* adult. Children are being arrested for mutual sexual interactions with peers. You know what happens to adults. Explain to me how that isn't sexual repression.
