Of course self-loathing can be bad for health. The part I was referring to specifically was "there are no half-measures in rejecting self-loathing"

I can see if someone defines the terms in some unusual way that could be true (akin to "rape includes anything I later regret!"), but in the ordinary way of thinking about those words it sounds like an unrealistic slogan.

I feel fine about being a pedophile. I don't think the fact it is always wrong to do anything sexual with a little girl matters. I would feel just as good but no better if I thought it was occasionally OK to act sexually, if a person won the "available little girl sweepstakes".
