I'm not from the USA but it seems very unlikely to me you can be charged with crimes you didn't commit. This "order of apprehension" thing is also new to me, is it really possible they can force you to undergo psychiatric evaluation?

Sorry i can't give you any good advice, better leave this to a USA citizen but running away seems no solution to me. Nice family BTW..

Whenever i read things like this I'm glad to be a Dutch, such measurements would be considered violation of basic human rights in my country.
