I do not perceive any inherent or otherwise weighty risk of "abuse" in CP

It's not genuine peds that I'm worried about; I'm concerned about a potential for other unscrupulous individuals who may abuse such new legal arrangements, perhaps seeing it as a way of making profit, perhaps directly, or by using images that others had put about on the net. I do see a danger of abuse there, of motivations other than relational ones.

You may think, in that case why also object to the non-commercial distributing of images? Because they could easily be used by others for uses which they weren't intended for or consented to at all.

I also agree with Siva's points in this thread. Pictures once shared are out there forever...
