While his recent actions have made me question his judgment, there are also reasons why many of us trusted him with our money, and given his belief that if he had told anyone where the money had gone they would have posted that online and eventually led to a repeat of what happened at StC, I can understand his position, even though I do not agree with it.

Was Todd negligent in performing the duty he agreed to do? Yes.

Did Todd steal the money for his own use? That is far from proven, and my inclination is to say no.
