Someone needs to take this to a higher court and get prosecution debarred and the judge removed from his bench. How many times have cases just been dropped because the witness wouldn't testify? Can we say exploitation and abuse of a minor? I don't mean by the defendant, either. These people are bring up all sorts of definitions of the term criminal court.
