You can't just 'change the law'...

...and it sounds quite obnoxious how you keep saying this as if any person here has the authority or power to do so. Changing laws takes vast amounts of support in congress and in the senate. It is not a simple undertaking at all, and no regular citizen is going to "change the law", no matter how loudly they protest. In the end it is the government who makes the laws.

The other issue is that you are making a very flawed assumption that 8 or 9 out of every 10 cases are real rape or abuse. This is ridiculous and the fact is that it may be closer to 50% of the cases. None of us will ever know for sure until there is unbiased research into the subject. Until then anything you or I say is pure speculation. So, don't pass off your opinion as fact. You do not know that 90% of all contact is real abuse and not consentual. You are stating an opinion, and it is most likely wrong.
