The constitution of the United States specifically forbids the establishment of a religion; ALL morality laws should be nullified if we are to practice what we preach.
Laws regulating sexual activities of any kind, drugs, prostitution, gambling, etcetera, all have thier basis in the precepts of religion, from which we are ostensibly free.
This, I think, should be another, if not the main, thrust
of our argument: ALL of these laws are unconstitutioinal, and the fact that the police and the courts and the legislative systems all ignore this merely shows how far we have drifted from our origins.
It is time to get back to America's roots: one of the fundamental bases fo the Constitution was the safeguards that it established to protect the people from the government and its minions. Today these minions (police, among others) run wild, seeking ever more ways to criminalize the people as an excuse for budget increases; i.e. empire-building.
When they begin to target the kids they have gone too far.
Who knows? Perhaps this is the jolt that the people need to wake them up. Just do not try convincing the ones who watch cop shows on T.V.
Now do you see? The Republican-owned T.V. networks are conditioning the people to accept police as their benefactors, when in reality they are among the biggest oppressors.
The BIble-Belt influence permeates our culture. Instead of a Civil War,
if the southern states want to secede again, we should help them pack.
