You'd need someone well-versed in bible scriptures.
I mean, the pride flag already flies in the face of certain passages of what never to do, and the very term "pride" is also a point of contention on its own that's frowned upon. I'd personally be far more interested in how they might reject you. The concept of age with regard to love or marriage is hard to find anywhere, and that one passage about "Better a millstone" is simply presumed to mean things not at all said nor implied. In other words, I would be curious to see how much of what they deem off limits or fine is taken from their book, compared to how much is taken from the cultural imperatives of the place you live in these present times. And yeah, definitely find a child lover who knows scripture well. They will probably have loads of useful passages to give you which these people ought to be able to answer quickly and honestly, from their own perspective at least. And if they can't do that...... |
