My lungs have been x-rayed, no obvious signs of a cancer, laboratory tests reveal nothing, I began to think that it is... as I said somewhere else: "the intercostal muscle has become inflamed and causes pains when I lie down, so sleeping is very difficult, almost nightmarish. No amount of pain gel, paracetamol or ibuprofen helps in the lying position".

It may also be spastic, for which ailment I got muscle relaxants.
