Is there any chance it can go away completely?

In the news recently they just cured a guy with 100% chance of death from brain blastioma or whatever it is called. First cure of it's kind from that cancer which was thought till now to be incurable.

I think the human race is slowly. Too slowly. Gaining the upper hand on beating cancer. Treatments may be available in a couple of years which don't exist now.

I hate cancer. My thoughts are with you.
