There was some college professor or something that suggested using the phrase non-breeding females and breeding females to refer to trans women and women who could have kids. It was another case of where wokeism got so tied up in trying not to offend it just offends more people. Kind of amusing. That is what Eeyore was referring to. Thankfully it was mostly dropped. But, I still here the phrases being used in Ivy League type circles on their papers.

So Eeyore is just making fun of modern culture with that.
