Looked it up. Seems to be an issue with Windows sucking. I haven't used windows for that reason for a long time. Even when I had windows I couldn't use it as most of the time it just didn't work.

The fix though is to simply go into windows defender click the most recent threats and then click ignore for Tor browser.
