if I want to find a pedophile...

how would I? Does anyone go to the playground anymore? A public swimming pool? A community center?
Or is everyone just hanging out on their computers and cell phones these days?
I guess there are still children´s homes, daycares, charities and such for foster kids and so forth...but I mean someone unattached to any job or volunteer program role. Men who are just hanging out...maybe just looking.
