But do they hang out in public anywhere anymore?
I don't really care if they are obvious or not...just if they hang out in public anywhere at all...or has everyone moved online?

What about the kids who are looking, and don't have access to a phone or a computer? Can they not go anywhere and reasonably expect to find anyone other than some trafficker?
