It's not that easy to remove pedophilia from humanity without destroying humanity, because pedophilia is a big part of what makes humans human.

Just look at the data on self-domestication, neoteny, and sexual attraction. Men are most attracted to women with childlike faces; neoteny and self-domestication would not be possible without that attraction; civilization would be impossible without self-domestication which is connected to neoteny.

In short, if our enemies manage to destroy us they will also destroy themselves and all of humanity.
