..if people who never hit puberty also have trouble maturing in any ways mentally. Like, remember that Andy Milonokis guy? He seemed to act like a 12-year-old boy even in his 30's. So maybe I'm blaming her for something she can't control? I'm not a neurologist, but on the other hand I never agreed with that crap about young people's brains not maturing enough until 25.

Still no excuse for being a brat.
