No ... something like that has never come to my mind, though on a few occasions someone has said something to me regarding myself that made it very clear that their powers of observation are rather weak - and I would put this in the same category. Either that or bad taste on their part. (I don't expect people to love being around me, but if they actively go out of their way to avoid any contact I'm inclined to think the fault is on their end rather than my own - I'm doubtless awkward at times but I'm not that bad.)

If this happened from family I have to admit it would hurt a bit, but otherwise I would mostly regard it as the trash taking itself out. It saves me the trouble.
