Why is this world so controlled by age controll?

This is something I wonder about nearly everyday, just why is it that this entire planet is so totally controlled by age control, No matter where you go atin this world there always some form of age control, and what so many billions of people have fail to realize is that all age control does in the long run is just destroys lives, Can you imagine what it would be like to live in a totally age free society where anyone could just be their self's and not be ridicule, To be able and go and do what they wanted to do, Can you imagine going to a world like that and how stress free it would be just to live like that ?
