Is there a circ advocate who doesn't profit off it?

Circ is charged by hospitals, regardless of your insurance status. (Another reason why it is rare outside religious minorities in "free" healthcare Europe). And the extracted tissues are sold. Two independent ways to profit. Show me one "free" circ. Even the "free" circ provided by Microsoft and the UN in the Third World are ultimately paid for by you through buying MS products and through taxes.
