I'm curious why you believe the right is an existential threat for sexual or racial minorities.

I've seen plenty of minorities run on the right for every position. Nor do I see any major politicians on the right say anything like minorities shouldn't/can't hold office, or be whatever they want to be.

Same thing on the sexual minority front. Caitlin Jenner ran for governor of California. So did Larry Elder. Dan Zwonitzer who is gay and out is a representative in Wyoming the most conservative state in the United States.

I mean I'm sure you can find someone somewhere who said something, but I can on the left too.

I mean I guess there is a fringe far right, but they aren't in power nor are they growing in power.
