I use a screen reader which reads aloud what is on the screen. I use my bluetooth keyboard to type. My speech actually is very fast. Most cannot understand it if they hear it. It cannot manage so well with pictures, and cannot read gifs. Most people have screen readers on their devices, yet don't seem to be aware of this fact. For ios, it's Voiceover. For Android, it's Talkback, for Windows, it's Narrator, though most download other screen readers like NVDA or Jaws for Windows. You can see demonstrations online if you look it up on YOutube.
