No it is not. Obviously there are yearly variations, but abortion makes in the range of 40 to 50 million victims per year and homicide after birth in the range of 400 to 500 thousand. That's 100 times more. Taking into account also the different rates between males and females on each category that still means that about 1.5 females are killed for every male every year.
