A good exercise

Because I am getting old, I'm in the habit of standing a minute on one leg every day, first on the right leg, then on the left one. The left leg is better, because I am left-handed.

A couple a days ago I got a brilliant idea: why not combine these two? Now I stand on one leg with both legs at the same time. And it takes only one minute altogether!
