"It was an all-American family." Yuck. Artificial smiles, dollar, God.

"He always had a lot of cash with him." If you watch those stupid crime documentaries you see a lot of comments like this -- and nobody ever asks: who had he stolen the money from?

America is a kleptocracy. I hate businessmen and businesswomen, they are nothing else parasites, exploiters and thieves. And in America they are idolized.
